7. The Rights You Benefit From
Information regarding the legal rights derived from the applicable data protection legislation:
- Right to Withdraw Consent: if the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, they can withdraw their consent at any time by following the procedures described in the respective consent form. The Company ensures that consent can be withdrawn through the same means by which it was given, for example, electronically. As a participant in a recruitment process, the data subject must understand that withdrawing consent will generally stop their participation in that project and render them ineligible for employment opportunities presented by the Company.
- Right to Rectification: the data subject can obtain the rectification of personal data concerning them from the Company. The Company makes reasonable efforts to ensure that the personal data it holds or controls is accurate, complete, current, and relevant, based on the most recent information available to the Company.
- Right to Restriction: the data subject can obtain a restriction of the processing of their personal data from the Company if:
- they contest the accuracy of the personal data for the period necessary to verify its accuracy,
- the processing is unlawful, and they request the restriction of processing rather than the deletion of personal data,
- the Company no longer needs the personal data, but the data subject requires it to establish, exercise, or defend a right, or
- the candidate objects to the processing while the Company verifies whether its legitimate grounds override those of the data subject.
- Right of Access: the data subject can request information regarding the personal data the Company holds about them, including details about what categories of personal data the Company possesses or controls, for what purposes it is used, where it was collected from (if not directly from the data subject), and to whom it has been disclosed, if applicable. The data subject can obtain a free copy of their personal data from the Company. The Company reserves the right to charge a reasonable fee for each additional copy that the data subject may request.
- Right to Data Portability: at the request of the data subject, the Company will transfer personal data to another operator, where technically feasible, provided that the processing is based on the data subject’s consent or is necessary for the execution of a contract. Instead of receiving a copy of the personal data, the data subject may request that the Company transfer the data directly to another operator.
- Right to Erasure: the data subject can obtain the right from the Company to delete personal data if:
- the personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
- they have the right to object to further processing of personal data (see below) and exercise this right;

- the personal data has been processed unlawfully.
Unless processing is necessary:
- fulfilling a legal obligation that requires processing on our part;
- specifically for legal data retention requirements;
- establishing, exercising, or defending a right.
- Right to Object: the data subject can object at any time to the processing of personal data due to their particular situation if the processing is not based on consent but on our legitimate interests or those of a third party. In this case, the Company will no longer process their personal data unless it can demonstrate legitimate, compelling reasons for the processing or for establishing, exercising, or defending a legal right. If the person objects to the processing, they must specify whether they want their personal data to be deleted or the processing to be restricted.
- Right to Lodge a Complaint: in the case of an alleged breach of applicable privacy legislation, the person can lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in the country where they reside or where the alleged breach occurred.

- Inability to Identify: in some cases, TaxWise S.R.L. may not be able to search for the requested personal data due to the identification details provided by the data subject in the request. In such cases, when the Company cannot identify the data subject, it will not be able to fulfill the request to exercise legal rights as described in this section unless the individual provides additional information that allows their identification.
