Iulia is a leading expert in tax consulting and transfer pricing. With more than 15 years of experience, Iulia started her career in a prestigious Big4, where she gained solid knowledge and a deep understanding of international tax challenges.

Along the way, Iulia has coordinated and advised on hundreds of complex projects, helping leading companies optimize their tax structures and ensure compliance with local and internal regulations.
Iulia is recongnized for her skills in lecturing and presenting at specialized conferences, where she brings current trends and regulations in transfer pricing to debate.

She holds a PhD in Finance, is an active member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF) and has obtained the Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT) certification. Currently, Iulia is pursuing the Executive MBA program at Tiffin University (USA), adding an international perspective to her expertise.

In over 15 years of experience, Lavinia has assisted numerous clients in complex tax audits, providing support and strategic solutions to ensure compliance and risk management. At the same time, Lavinia contributed to obtaining some of the first advance pricing agreements in Romania.

Actively involved in the professional community, Lavinia has held presentations at specialized conferences and seminars, contributing to the development and education of the public in the field of taxation and transfer pricing.

Lavinia is a member of the Chamber of Tax Consultants (CCF) and holds the international certification Advanced Diploma in International Taxation (ADIT), which attests her commitment to professional standards of excellence and advanced knowledge of international taxation.
